BlockFlow lets you play without an account. If you sign in with Google to use the multiplayer and friends features, an account is created for you. This page explains how to have that account and all data belonging to it deleted.

Deleting your account from inside the app

Open BlockFlow and go to Settings → Delete Account. After you confirm, the deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Requesting deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, send an e-mail to info@miamax.ch from the address you signed in with, with the subject “BlockFlow account deletion”. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: display name, e-mail address and profile picture URL

• Your game statistics: rating, wins, losses, streaks and scores

• Your friends list and any pending friend requests

• Your match history

• Your saved settings

• The sign-in account itself

What is not stored in the first place

If you only ever played without signing in, no personal data was collected. Progress and settings of an anonymous session stay on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app.

Retention

Deletion is immediate when carried out from within the app. Finished multiplayer matches are automatically removed 24 hours after they end, independently of account deletion. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
